I am taking part in the Bosnia Cycling charity event taking place on the 23rd of May 2024 in aid of Orphans of Palestine.

Over 30,000 people have been killed in Gaza, 70% of whom are women and children. We continue to call for a complete and immediate ceasefire and for the killing and targeting of all children to stop.

Over 1.7 million people, half of them children, have had to leave their homes as a result of the violence in Gaza following the brutal attacks in Israel on  7  October.

The entire population of Gaza is facing extreme shortages of food and there is a risk of famine in the coming months. This man-made humanitarian crisis is taking a terrible toll on the lives of children and families. There are no safe spaces in Gaza.

At least 23 children have died from malnutrition and dehydration in Northern Gaza. Furthermore, there have been reports that all families are skipping meals and adults are choosing to go hungry so their children can eat.

The number of mothers breastfeeding– already low before the crisis – has declined. An increased number of infants now rely on formula milk for survival.

These conditions are simply intolerable. Please donate to help children and babies in Gaza receive the nutrition support they need to survive and grow up healthy.

3.1 million people are in need nationally. Despite the dangerous situation, we continue to deliver life-saving supplies and services such as medicine, nutrition supplies, and clean water. However, this meets only a tiny proportion of the need.

As supplies and living conditions quickly decline, we need your donations to help us reach more children.
