Why sponsor a Hafiz
Learning the teachings of the Qur’an is a vital component of the Islamic faith. But despite this, thousands of vulnerable children and orphans across the world are deprived of their right to an education. In addition, many of these children must begin to earn a living and contribute to their family when they are still very young.
When you sponsor a Hifz child, you reap untold blessings as they learn, memorise and teach the Holy Qur’an for years to come.
This project is Zakat applicable
The prophet (peace be upon him) said:
“The best of you are those who learn the Qur’an and teach it to others.” [Bukhari]
Give whatever you can, even if its a pound.
£15 will sponsor a hafiz student for 1 month in Syria.
£180 will sponsor a hafiz student for a full year.
You can give sadqa, zakat and lillah towards this amazing project.
You can also donate on behalf of a loved one so they get all the reward for it.
