This past month Pakistan has had the biggest amount of rainfall, in 3 decades, leaving large areas of Pakistan severely flooded.

These flash floods were sudden and unexpected at this time of the year, over 33 million people have been impacted by the floods, more than 1000 people have tragically died and around 1,500 injured.

The floods have now hit 3 of Pakistans biggest provinces, Balochistan, Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The people of Pakistan are in urgent need of humanitarian aid.  There is an urgent need for food, clean drinking water, hygiene kits, for the rebuilding of houses and infrastructure.

The floods are so severe that a state of national emergency has been declared.
