I am taking part in the As-Suffa Relief 2023 Ride 4 Orphans.

This years On Yer Bike ride, we will be cycling 60 miles from Birmingham to Gloucester for As-Suffa Relief.

 As-Suffa Relief are raising vital funds for orphans in several countries around the world.

As-Suffa relief provide support to orphans in several countries around the world, including The Gambia, Bangladesh, Lebanon, Pakistan and Syria.

They not only provide a world class education to orphans but also provide, hifdh classes, sports lessons, support for their families and we are even currently building an orphanage in Pakistan and a school in The Gambia.

In these 5 countries alone, there are over 14 million orphans and around 5 million street children.

The large majority of these orphans are living in poverty or substandard conditions, therefore not having sufficient nutrition, nor any chance of an education to better their future.

Many orphans have a high chance of psychological disorders, they are often traumatised and will suffer from severe mental conditions. Not having any access to any form of education or contact with any other children, they can tend to have a lack of confidence and have very little social skills.
