As you all know, I have been involved with this amazing charity since the very beginning. Just under 4 years ago, I was laying down the first few bricks for the mosque building and now fast-forward a few years, SPOT ACADEMY is up and running. All praise to God, the work is truly outstanding. The orphans here are really happy and during my last visit, I was so impressed. What a beautiful project. This year, we go again!

Last year collectively we fundraised for the Water is Life project, providing safe, access, running water to communities in dire need. Together, with your help we raised money for 45 boreholes, most of which are complete and some still in the works and the beneficiaries are reaping the fruits of your donations.

These boreholes that you’ve helped to supply have been strategically located at schools, mosques, town centres and medical facilities to maximise the impact and benefit.

Approximately 100,000 people now have access to safe drinking water thanks to your generosity. That means they have an extra level of protection from waterborne diseases such as hepatitis A and typhoid fever.

The majority of our boreholes are solar powered as they are in remote areas that do not have access to electricity, this also means renewable energy and sustainability reduces the carbon footprint having a positive effect on the local environment.

This Ramadan we will be fundraising to build even more boreholes for communities that need the most help, communities who have not had cean water during their lifetime. Donate now and let's help support the people of tomorrow.

Sa'd ibn 'Ubadah reported: I said, “O Messenger of Allah, my mother has died. Shall I give charity on her behalf?” The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Yes.” I said, “Which charity is best?” The Prophet said, “A drink of water.”
