Thank you for being part of this amazing project by Help The Ummah.
Many of us would love to build a Masjid in memory of our loved ones however not everyone is in a position to raise £10,000+ to build one. For that reason we thought we would set this amazing campaign up where everyone can participate towards building multiple masajid, hand pumps and other sadaqajh jariyajh projects on behalf of their loved ones by fundraising InshaAllah!
If you would like to be a part of this amazing project please click on fundraise. We are aiming for 100 special people to participate in this project. The target for each person is to try raise a minimum of at least £500 however please don't stop at £500 if you reach the target. We intentionally tried keeping the minimum target £500 instead of £1,000 so more people can participate in the khair. The more we raise the more projects we can do on behalf of our loved ones so they can reap the rewards in the hereafter. This is a beautiful 'investment' for the one who raises the funds, the one who donates and our loved ones who we are carrying out these projects for.
“When a person dies, his deeds come to an end, except for three: ongoing charity (Sadaqah Jariyah), knowledge that is benefited from, and a righteous child who prays for him.” (Sahih Muslim)
The donations raised will go towards various projects for example masajid, hand pumps etc and you will receive feedback upon completion InshaAllah. Please donate generously and keep us and the whole ummah in your prayers especially those who are no longer with us. May Allah forgive their shortcomings, elevate their status in the hereafter and may we be a means of sadaqah jariyah for them Ameen
