Last month we raised over £8,000 towards providing an ambulance in Gaza. This month, let's provide WATER FOR ASSAM by raising 100 Hand Pumps!
Each Hand Pump has a minimum term of 10 years. Up to 6 families consisting of 5-6 people can use these hand pumps on a daily basis, giving them access to clean, hygienic and safe water!
Most of the water in Assam has high levels of arsenic - babies are being born deformed due to consumption of this harmful and dirty water.

We all know the narration of the woman who committed countless sins, who one day came across a thirsty dog and gave it water to drink. Through this, Allah forgave her completely and guaranteed her Paradise.
WE ARE NOT GIVING WATER TO THE DOGS OF ASSAM! We will be giving water to our fellow human beings, our brothers and sisters! If the reward for giving a dog water to drink is Paradise, imagine what the reward will be to give water to another human?
